Tried multiple times to have a look at our pool site. Agreed to appointment, which Lynne missed. Called the next day to find out if all was ok to be told I was wrong, despite having her email in front of me. Rearranged, only for her to cancel evening before. What a waste of time. I could be 6-8 weeks into this process with a reliable company. At least she emailed this time! \u200d️

I have just received my new RV5400 Pool robot and I am very happy with the speed of delivery (only ordered yesterday) along with the helpful advice Cascade Pools gave me. The device has been in the pool for an hour and already saved me many hours of cleaning. Thanks again Cascade.
