I went to see Emma for upper lip hair removal after reading the reviews online. At the first consultation, I was made to feel extremely comfortable & everything was explained very well. She made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ve only been twice but I am definitely going to continue with the treatment. Absolutely pain free. All I felt was a slight heat. I’ve had laser hair removal with Emma; I was super nervous when I first started coming but she made me feel really at ease. She is in no way intimidating like some clinics can be. The results have currently been really good, we have a little more to go. Super friendly and accommodating and lovely to be around. She has lots of knowledge and will talk you through any questions you have. Her clinic is always up to date, clean and pretty. Also in a super convenient location as there’s parking right in front, also more in the back.
