Avoid this nursery at all costs! Garden House don’t like reading the truth also google don’t allow it. My son cried on arrival, cried all day long. Came home most days having wet himself without staff even noticing. I think that’s all I will be ‘allowed’ to write but says enough.

My daughter has been at the garden house nursery for near on 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier so felt after reading a couple of reviews on here it was only fair to share my experience! My daughter couldn’t be happier, she has had 2 key people (only one in each room as normal) which have been fantastic with her,she has such a bond with them she draws pictures at home for them, talks about them and her friends continuously and I see the joy in her face when she sees them, and I also have a great relationship with them and the other staff at the nursery which is great, My daughter has always been at the nursery 5 days a week so I had to be extremely confident in my chosen nursery as I couldn’t have that worry everyday, I actually struggle getting her to leave the nursery not getting her to go in which in itself shows me how much she enjoys her time. The activities and ideas of things they do are so varied and things I would never think of doing at home and the imagination my daughter has is incredible, her speech is extremely advanced and she learns everyday with the nursery but thought play. They do an activity for every occasion and the effort that goes into the activity mornings for parents to join in is great, the Christmas play, sports day, days out to the library, park, Christmas lights, fruit from the market, baking, the list goes on! The staff, deputy and manager have always been available if I have ever needed to ask anything or talk to anyone. There are so many things I could right but key points are the nursery is great I recommend it to my friends all the time, the staff are great with the children and to me they all seem to care about my daughter and all children there, experiences and learning through play all the time and giving the children the choice to play/create what they would like too and I couldn’t have asked for better key workers (I won’t name names online, they know who they are anyway!) thank you all that work here x
My son has been going to garden house since he was 9months old, he is now 3 and he will continue to go to the nursery until he leaves for school. All the staff are very welcoming and easy to talk to and are happy to answer any quiestions given and offer any advise when needed for example the girls really helped me with potty training! The care given makes me feel at ease and my son has always had fantastic bonds with all of his key people and the staff in the room, this is shown through his happiness during drop offs and pick ups. I would recommend this nursery, you will defiantly feel relaxed like I do when leaving your child in this homely environment!
