Having tried other guitar teachers, without much success, I had one final try with Andy at Ipswich Guitar Teacher. That was over 6 months ago and I am now playing better than I have played and have found new enthusiasm for learning. This is a testament to Andy, he's a fantastic teacher and very talented - I can highly recommend him.

I can thoroughly recommend Andy. He is an excellent tutor. When I first started having lessons I was a complete beginner, and left handed so my pace was and still is quite slow. However, Andy is particularly good at adapting to your pace, level of skill and knowledge, which in my case is a necessity!

Andy is a great teacher and very patient. Two of our children have been having lessons with him for over a year now which speaks volumes in the fact they have not got bored and really enjoy their lessons. He has taught them both acoustic guitar from scratch and they love that they are learning contemporary songs in the charts. Andy is a musical genius and will find them or write them music for any song they request. Our son has recently moved on to electric guitar and I love hearing their jamming sessions as I potter about the house. For your future rock stars Andy is the only teacher you will need!

I got given guitar lessons with Andy as a present for my birthday. It was something I'd always planned to do when I retired but my wife got me these. With Andy coming to my home at my convenience it fits in with my work perfectly and now I'll be playing the guitar when I retire in a few years instead of learning. The best thing I have done and Andy is such a great guy and teacher I wish I had done it many years ago.

Andy is a great teacher for my daughter... He has patience and a great relaxed attitude and she really enjoys her lessons, she tends to do something for a few months then get fed up but so far so good, she's coming along well....

Andy has been teaching me acoustic guitar for the past six months. Having played guitar many years ago I decided to give it another try, but with some trepidation being that bit older now. I have to say that I could not be happier with my lessons that Andy has provided and he has completely revitalised my interest in music and playing. His guitar lessons are extremely well structured, his patience is amazing and his skills as a teacher and guitarist are second to none as far as I'm concerned.
