I've lived in Hadleigh for 20 years and have to say I don't understand why some reviews are so poor. My experience has always been fantastic. Reception staff who are problem solvers, not Rotti's preventing you from accessing help, doctors are great and if you phone at 8am you are likely to get an appointment the same day. I can not fault them.

Went to see my lovely female GP today. She is always very easy to talk to, with a great sense of humour - often lacking in some of the many, many practices I have been to over the years! I always choose to see this particular GP as not only does she make me and my 11 year old daughter feel at ease whenever we visit, she is incredibly knowledgeable and manages to combine chatting with a swift and accurate diagnosis or further referral and positive management of the issue in the 10 minute time frame - no mean feat! I have been with the surgery for over 3 years and seen most of the doctors and nurses - both at Hadleigh and Boxford. They have all been exemplary - caring, patient, attentive and extremely helpful. I am sad to see poor reviews when the practice works so hard to help our community. I for one would like to say a big thank you :)

We were in the area visiting my wife's sister but my wife was quite unwell. The surgery made time to see her on the day a call was made. The lady doctor took the time to examine her, put her at ease and prescribed medicine. This a better result than our own surgery! Many thanks.

4 words to describe Hadleigh Health Centre: Arrogant, Draconian, Condescending, and Patronising The doctors are more interested in referring you to one of the on-site 3rd party clinics than actually helping you. Your opinion doesn't matter because they have determined what to do before you even walk in the door. We have had enough and have left for another surgery.

Awful doctors. Whenever you call for an appointment they have none. Call back the next day... same story. The Dr's at this surgery had me on medication for a VERY long period of time. Absolutely no care when going through withdrawal from said medication, absolutely no hope of getting an appointment now I need to move onto my other medication. Some great doctors at the surgery but you'll never get to see them. Very unhelpful reception staff. Avoid and register elsewhere.
