Great campsite for Scouts with big fields for camping, wooded areas for shelter building and a camp fire circle. There are huts with kitchen facilities and large meeting room for larger catering of groups which really helps on large camps. The site has clean shower and toilet blocks. The site has fantastic views over the River Orwell and is easy to set hikes to and from.

Lovely site, great view of orwell estuary, staff were welcoming and helpful. The only issue we had (1st/2nd Sept 2018) was the number of mozzies and a lack of repellent; so lots of bites.
This is an amazing camp site with a view of the owell to awake to. This campsite has large fields to pitch, good facilities and a wooded areas with a large fire pit.
Brilliant campsite. Would definitely recommend for those interested in staying there.

Excellent site well managed. Just been to the scouts fireworks, superb night and value for money.
Being attending Hallowtree for years, great place for young people to stay in relative safety both indoors and in outdoors in tents. The site has a number activities and has not been over commercialised like other Scout Camp sites.
