A1 A1 quality furniture second to none for the price! Shop floor managers brilliant really know there erm stuff!! Family run business and it shows! They have passion! Just one gripe i spend five grand at ransoms and harpers but no offer of refreshments not even a 29p bottle of water!

I was really impressed with the service from Harpers. We were looked after really nicely in the showroom. No hard sell. Showed us our options and allowed us time to chat & make a decision. Our bed delivery, was handled with friendly smiles and great professionalism. I recommend premium delivery it's worth extra few pounds to take away the hassle. All in all a great experience and I look forward to needing more furniture to visit again!

Most shops haven't been able to fulfil the timeframes they gave to customers regarding receiving furniture orders. My order came exactly when they said it would, with no delay. Delivery was easy to arrange and convenient-you have a time slot from the outset, unlike many companies who expect you to keep the day free and only let you know shortly before. The sofas are good quality and attractive. There is a lot of choice in fabrics. Only 1 problem with my new sofa-I keep falling asleep on it as it's so comfortable!!!!

Always go back to harpers staff always helpful I usually go in with an idea of what I want and Brad shows me all sorts of options for me to decide what I need , delivery guys are excellent always polite nothing is to much trouble cant recommend them enough, their even happy to hold on to your purchase if your not ready to accept delivery at that time we were moving and they waited till we were ready for a good time to deliver

My husband and I came in for a bed set. Both Brad and Callum offered "Excellent" customer service to help us select the right bed and mattress for our needs. Then both went out of their way to assist in the delivery.
