Thoroughly enjoyed the spa day at Juliette John. The dedicated area has a good sized pool, hot tub and 2 massage rooms and private changing rooms. I had a Rebalance package, which included a well presented and tasty afternoon tea. The highlight was the body massage which Natalie adapted to give me such much needed relief from my sciatic nerve. I would have no hesitation in recommending the JJ spa package, which is far superior to most places I have been to. We were so well looked after by the JJ team - you are treated as an individual throughout your visit.

Excellent all round! I have lingered with a facial wart and back warts for years imagining this would involve costly treatment maybe minor surgery. The treatment was beautifully explained, took maybe 20 minutes for EIGHT (yes eight:-) warts with a return required and with prices comparable, say, to a pair of glasses rather than a private minor operation. I think theres a lot of people putting up with warts etc which if they only knew the price and simplicity (when done by a n expert) would go for it.

Very professional and well organized, years ago I had a few laser tattoo removal sessions with them at their previous location, and I have now started a course of laser hair removal this year. They always explain the options and are happy to explain how things work, I've also had them advise against unsuitable treatments in the past which is always a sign of an ethical and responsibly run business. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do, and everyone I've met there has been GNC friendly Would recommend

This is by far the best spa in Ipswich. I have been to many spa’s in many places but nothing comes close to the spa at Juliette John Aesthetic, Laser, Skin and Wellness Clinic. From the time you arrive and meet your therapist nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are 1st class, the pool and hot tub are second to none. Our therapist for the day was Mel, the treatments she gave us was brilliant, very relaxing and our skin felt great afterwards. My daughter has many allergies which has caused an issue with other spa’s but Juliette and her staff went above and beyond to make sure the products were suitable for her which was much appreciated. We had afternoon tea whilst we were there and this was as you would expect very enjoyable and beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall this was a fantastic day, so much so myself and my daughter have booked another spa day here. I would highly recommend Juliette John Aesthetic, Laser, Skin and Wellness Clinic to everyone . Thank you for a very enjoyable day.

If you are searching for or looking to have your lashes done, facial scar removed or facial treatments I would definitely recommend her. My scar is now nearly 100% gone. I’ve gain all my confidence back. No more concealer for me. Jane
