Very friendly sessions really intense thoroughly in joyed the free 1st session went to will be joining as a member here. I've tried a couple of other gyms in the past but got a really good vibe from this place they also offer private sessions which ain't bad price considering the level of experience the trainers have the co owner den is very good at what he does and would recommend this gym to anyone who asks about starting in the martial arts industry
