In the past had always been happy with our service at Ipswich, but since it has become part of a larger messaging centre it's dreadful! That's not really the garages thought but more Mercedes customer service team. They are unhelpful, never call you back, can't ever get through to the garage, wait times are ridiculous, staff just don't care or know anything. It has put us off from buying another Mercedes, purely due to customer service, whereas it was this service that attracted us 3 years ago when we got our first Mercedes. We are due an up grade but sadly will be looking at other dealerships, and have cancelled our service plan with yourselves due to poor service we received. Such a shame as staff were lovely at Ipswich.

Fantastic Dealership! The best Mercedes dealership I have visited. I am not personally from Ipswich it was a 3 hour drive for me and I would happily make the journey again if I was to make another purchase. I dealt with Ian Burrows and I can honestly say the best car buying experience. Great guy, very personable, honest and very helpful. I would highly recommend speaking to Ian and the team if your looking for your Mercedes. Also the finance and handover team were great to deal with.
