Despite some problems on the way Palmer & Partners made the whole process of selling our house effortless. Professional throughout, they took away the stress of selling our house and we were happy with the price achieved. We were only buying so I can’t comment on value for money, but from my point of view Palmer and Partners Ipswich have been wonderful. Every member of staff we have communicated with has been professional and responsive and Claire is an absolute superstar. She has had so much patience with me and I really felt that she shared our determination to get this purchase completed. She also took time to understand our personal circumstances- and she wasn’t even working for us! The coordinator role is vital for moving things on and it is not a role that I have experienced when buying and selling previous homes, so this is what gives Palmer and Partners the edge.
