The epitome of great customer service. Such a convenience that they offer a variety of brands but when I needed a delivery fairly urgently, the personal touch which you won't get with many others kicked in! Lucy accommodated me at short notice and because they were unable to get my order out with their nominated courier in time, Lucy arranged other means so we wouldn't be left without. If that's not enough, we were given an approximate time and it arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Highly recommended!

I always buy my dog food from Primal Raw. After having tried other companies i have found their food good quality, reasonably priced and they have great customer service. They are very helpful, friendly and deliver always on time. Would highly recommend.

We started feeding raw food when we got our 2 rescue dogs, we didn't have a clue what was what the staff at Primal Raw were extremely helpful and happy to help us trial small amounts to see what worked for our dogs. They have now been on raw food from Primal Raw for 2 years. Staff are always polite and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure we receive the best service possible. Their online ordering system is great and very user friendly which has been great during lockdown, they're always at the end of the phone to help if you make any mistakes too. Can't recommend them enough for their high quality products and outstanding customer service.
