Fabulous service and very friendly

The final product was good, though not exactly to my specification. This was because they failed to follow some very simple instructions, which had been double checked, and even in hindsight were clearly understood. Oddly, they didn't seem especially concerned, perhaps due to getting a bit wrapped up in the shop's internal politics. This was moderately amusing until it became clear that this was to my detriment. They're amicable people, genuine and honest. But they didn't seem quite tuned into customer service.
