Sorry but forgot name of the Gentleman that collected car right on time. He is a very nice man also very smart in appearance which is not the norm these days. The car was returned sooner than expected by the same gent explained everything that had been carried out I understood him completely. The car is running well looked great after valet. Problem had been fixed. Chris phoned to see how it was he is polite and easy to talk to very nice young man what more can you ask for. Thankyou Chris and Smart Ipswich.
