We have had a very positive experience using Spider. Sophie was very helpful in getting us set up on the job Gateway which was a useful way to keep track of applications as they came through. We had regular contact with Spider throughout the recruitment process and they were on-hand to answer any questions. Would recommend!

Very poor service - I was contacted by one of their recruiters, Greg, with regards to a job offer he had for me. We had a promising phone conversation in which he said he had given my details to an employer and would email me asap with the details of the company. Alas, even after chasing him after no email appeared, I never received any further contact from him. This was in December. Will definitely not be trusting Spider again.
