The engineer turned up on time and was extremely courteous. Fitted the aerial and tuned in the television. He has worked at TC Aerials for years which is always a good sign. Highly recommended. Don't hesitate.

just had one of your guys visit to investigate my freesat problem. He was punctual and I couldn't fault his tenacity in finding the root cause of the problem which apparently was in the end, not unusual but showing weird diagnostics. He fixed the fault, was courteous, responsive and explained fully what he had done. I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Turned up exactly on time in Hadleigh, gave a quick and professional service - actually adapted the old aerial and identified a misconnection, saving me money. I have had aerials installed before in different properties and they were more than double the price. Excellent service.

A quick appointment provided to remove a dangerous old TV aerial with a clear price quoted. The aerial was taken down safely and quickly then chopped into small pieces to make it easier for me to transport to the tip. Highly recommended, professional, polite and good value for money.
