I am pleased to note Conrad Carpenters comments about this place - where he calls the staff 'arrogant & belittling' - that's exactly the experience my mother encountered - though in the case of one person you could add the word 'liar' - which was proved by a subsequent visit to her by a paramedic !!! As a 96 year old women who has given this company somewhere in the region of 5,000 I feel she deserved something a lot better. For those who may be taken in by the glowing reviews - don't - their initial response is indeed very good & caring - this will change when they've got your money !!!!

Really be careful with these guys are they are selling 400 extended warranties to pensioners which are very poor value as don’t even cover for loss. My house contents insurance is half that price.

Karen, Just wanted to pass on thanks for the appointment Donna, I and Mum had in Hadleigh today. Fortunately, Donna and I passed (phew). However, the way Jason handled Mum's hearing issues and concerns regarding potential need for hearing aids was excellent. He not only came across as extremely professional, but his empathy and bed side manner were outstanding. Mum is going to need a little coaxing, as she was a little a naive as to the potential costs of the type of device which would suit her best, but hopefully we can help her to see sense. Thanks again.
