If I could rate it 0 stars I really would!!! Shocking company to work for!!!! Doesn't follow disciplinary procedures, think they can just sack people giving vague reason because \it may name names\ erm....its a person's job so name away....oh and where were the verbal and written warnings??? Will only authorise accrued holiday then try to say you owe holiday back on final pay, but was keeping holiday to cover paternity leave so didn't lose wages, we will live on fresh air untill next job then shall we? Oh and also there's a baby due in 6 weeks so great timing for you to decide you want to sack people in certain areas because you have moved to a different 1, well done Toppesfield, oh and it's been 2 weeks and still no paperwork through to appeal, that may be because there was no minutes taken and no actual reason to sack people!!!!!
