My son waited over a year for a significant mental health assessment, I was informed he waited so long because of the nature of assessment (he needed 2 professionals present) only to be greeted by just 1 rude, abrupt, cold and disengaged Locum consultant...and guess what, the long awaited assessment was cut short by 1 hour and 10 minutes because my son threw a tissue at the 'Dr'...safe to say I am in the process of getting every single person that has been involved to write letters to accompany my extremely damning letter about this complete waste of space. Having said all of this the office staff are exceptional, warm and welcoming...unfortunately we were not there for a play date.

Bungalow 6. The doctor (no names for security) we saw was amazing. He explained everything without jargon, no judgment, listened and had all the time in the world. Never felt rushed and he spoke to my 8 Yr old in such a positive manner.

Would put negative stars if possible. Went for treatment for mental health reasons, and found it to be worse than substandard. The staff were patronizing, unhelpful, seemed to lack the knowledge of what a mental health disorder was let alone how to treat one, and all around poor. Staff forced a discharge upon me when I wasn't ready, and when I said the issues and struggles I was facing, they simply said it would heal with time. Sessions left me feeling in a worse state than I had entered the session, and made me question if recovery was at all possible. On the website for this establishment it claims to support recovery in social, psychological and physical aspects of life, however in my treatment addressed the physical issues, and even then it hardly seemed like it helped or was even challenged by the staff. I went three months due to mostly staff fault. This was the case for my other issues. Only certain aspects of my mental health were dipped into, and the other issues were avoided totally. Would not recommend.

Attended ADHD service, it's OK. Communication is horrendous, still not received a report from them, and constantly chasing it up. The Dr we see is OK, but there is a lack of communication about what is going on
