Our mother was a resident in Westerfield House for 18 months I can’t speak highly enough of the care that Mac, Lisa and his staff gave my mother, it literally was wonderful, How many Care home directors visit their residents in the hospital sit and hold their hand, giving sincere comfort, while so critically ill. Mum made some lovely friends while she lived there, there was a real sense of community, she was no longer lonely at home. Linda the activities co-ordinator does a wonderful job, the house and surrounding are beautiful. In the last few weeks of mum’s life the care was amazing, they still made her feel special right up until the last day of her life which was the Christmas party, MAC took photos of us as a family not knowing Mum would pass in the night, I can’t thank everyone enough for taking the time to give such care and comfort to our beloved mum.

A truly beautiful home placed in an amazing landscape with fantastic kind and caring helpful staff what an absolute treat to visit the home i have been to some lovely homes but this is by far the best, with so much to offer in all my years in the care industry i would *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* this home out of them all just WOW
