I called Hales on a Sunday afternoon he was out in 20 minutes. I live 350 miles away and only talked to Brian once he came across very professional all other communication was done by what's app. The boiler was fitted 4 days later. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. First class service, professional and totally trust worthy as a Landlord you need that quality and trust from a trade.
