Visited Thistle help with my parents to purchase 2 rise and recliner chairs. Dad having had a stroke and mum with bad arthritis they were met by friendly professional staff! Put them at ease straight away! The staff were fully knowledgeable on their products ensuring my parents got exactly what they were looking for ! Highly recommend this company to others for all aids for disabilities!

Took my dad who is 87 along to Thistle for a rising chair. The staff were so helpful making sure he was sitting properly and comfortably in the chair he chose. In this time when communicating with elderly people has been made so much more difficult I cannot thank the staff enough for their time and patience

I'm so pleased that my father purchased his electric scooter from Thistle Help which he relies on to keep relatively independent. He would be housebound without it. This is a highly professional company who seem to genuinely care about the scooter's servicing and maintenance. They kept me informed re appointments, etc (I am an 80-mile-round trip away from my father) and nothing was too much trouble for them.
