I'd actually like to give zero stars, went there with my family today, bought 3caps and a childrens book, tried to pay with a 50 pound note, the lady behind the till took it and a few moments later was like something's not right with it, I can't take it. It was a crisp new 50 note, she tested it with her marker pen and obviously it was fine, but still refused to accept it. She couldn't articulate what she thought was wrong except that 'something' wasn't right. I'm a guy with a long beard who was there my with family buying islamic items, I think given the context she has made a big error in her judgement. Although I understand the staff duty to be cautious, I think there was no cause for her suspicion given my profile, furthermore she was able to give no reasonable explanation. I paid buy card to quickly resolve the non issue, however in hindsight I feel like they didnt deserve my business if they cast a suspicious eye on me. Quite disappointed and a little offended, not sure I'll be going back This is not a very muslim way of treating your customers.

Extremely disappointed with service and returns policy. We had spent over 60 in store, and requested to return a 14.99 abaya because it was damaged. The response we got was their policy is not to refund on items which are in sale. I explained we would like to return the item because it was damaged (discolourment) and this was not declared on the item or at the check out, therefore we were mis-sold and as our 'statutory rights' should not be affected (even when the item is in sale) we should receive our full refund as its within 14 days. The store still refused, saying items are 'seen as sold', which I find extremely worrying, given that such a policy would have an adverse impact on disabled customers. Nonetheless, it does feel that the item was in sale because of the damage, the label on the clothing describes it in perfect condition and with the best will in the world discolourment is hard to see when the clothes are kept at the back of the store away from the window. We have now raised a disputed transaction via my bank as this is what Consumer Rights advises, and we have sent the relevant evidence over to them. Very disappointed in the store's blaise attitude in conforming with Islamic and UK law on highlighting defects on items and returns policy - despite being told their returns policy is comparable to major UK retailers. I asked from them which other major store has a policy like this, and no response was given. I would urge if you purchase anything in the sales item, please check and ask what is wrong with it and given their policy is 'sold as seen' anyone with visual impairment or learning difficulties should avoid shopping here unless you want to give money for items that you cannot use. An update - my bank has refunded the disputed amount, only took 3 weeks and couple of emails! Hopefully shop management will revise its returns policy on sale items and show a better Islamic Impression!
Helpful with any query you have on the phone, quick to answer calls and good opening hours
They are not to paying their suppliers. They have taken so many stock from different suppliers. They steal people's stock by using Islam and sell the stolen stock under the name of Islamic impressions. I am you are not give any good impressions about Islam.
Great products and reasonable price. Good level of service and have a wide range of items in stock. Staff are always helpful.
