Beautiful vast sandy beach when the tide is out. And even when the tide is in there is sand to sit on and it's a safe place to paddle as you can paddle a good 30m and the water is around the height my knee, roughly 60cm from the ground. There is a shop/cafe nearby which also offers take out food/snacks/ice-cream

Beautiful clean sandy beach,perfect for kids paddling and spending an afternoon without tablets or smartphones
16 years I have been coming here and the water quality has suffered dramatically due to the shipping company up in Glasgow but good place to learn how to look for sea creatures in the summertime there is a young boy called Fraser Maschinsky and knows a lot about this subject.
