Eigg Ferry Terminal, Isle of Eigg, PH42 4RL, Highland, Scotland where a 'new' ferry terminal was completed in 2004, by building a causeway across the bay. Approaching on the Mallaig/Eigg Ferry, you can't miss Eigg's most distinctive feature . . . the pitch-stone peak of the Sgurr which is the highest peak on Skye, and indeed, the highest UK island summit. Ferries operate to Eigg both from Mallaig and, seasonally, from Arisaig.
