Terrible service and very rude owner, he hired us a genie lift without arms to lift a steel beam, when asked why he explained that people damaged the arms. I had to explain to him that was dangerous and could kill someone, he was more concerned for his machinery than the safety of human life.

Ok but - closing times are wrong (the store closes at 5 pm not 5.30 as advertised) Also check the kit before loading or delivery - especially if it has an engine. I've had 2 busted bits of kit with engines that could have been checked before they left the shop. Quick to change broken stuff though you may have lost half a days work/hire as a result.
