Terrible experience with Iveco Vans/Northern Commercials, customer service was shocking and extremely rude. We were driving down the motorway at about 70mph when the van SET ON FIRE, no warning lights, no safety short circuit. We had to get over to the hard shoulder as quickly at possible while on fire, which was beyond dangerous and I'm sure terrifying for the other road users. We contacted Iveco Vans/Northern Commercials and explained what had happened, as we were still in the warranty period. They looked over the van and said there had been a problem, but they couldn't actually tell us what it was due to it being 'sensitive information'?! They refused the fix the van, even though we were in warranty period, and would not give us a reason as to why. The staff were unprofessional and rude from start to finish, shocking experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would not recommend this company, they will not look after you if anything were to go wrong.
