I booked the meet and greet service as it was good value for money. Everything worked as it should. Called in advance whilst on way to the airport (Heathrow T3) and a driver was there waiting. Coming back was just as straight forward. Everything was fine. Very pleased.

I have been waiting 6 months for a refund and mail is not answered Still waiting now nearly 3 months after event. Can they be trusted? Take care if you book. WARNING
Collection and delivery of my car went very smoothly. I paid for a valet which they were unable to provide as the cleaning machine wasn't working. Had to chase them for a refund for the valet as the communication wasn't brilliant, but finally got my refund. Would have been 5* if I hadn't had to chase for a refund.
Disgusting company - AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! They used my boyfriends BMW to go racing and have a good time. The car came back damaged with scratches and mud all over it. Our tinted windows have been peeled off, our tyres are flat and we are unable to make the journey back from the airport home. Our car cost over 30k and was not worth using this company. We called the owner and he was not helpful, laughed and said fill in a claim. We went through “park and go” so could not see the actual company that would be assigned to us until after booking. To add, they showed up to pick up the car 1 hour after and nearly made us miss our flight. When we made a complain about how our car was damaged in person, an altercation happened and the driver tried to punch my boyfriend. If you care about your car and your LIFE do not use this company. We are now scared of our safety and will be taken this matter up with the police.
AVOID!!! Used them for Heathrow. Left them with full set of keys, have returned me just a car key with no explanation for where my house keys have gone. Have rung the duty manager repeatedly, no apology no refund offer, “must have dropped off”. Have had to involve police. Lesson learnt: pay extra and use official Heathrow parking next time.
