Twinkle our cat (19) went in for an operation this week and she was looked after very well by the team at Old school animal care from start to finish. I high recommend :-)

Excellent. That is the word for all the team there and specially for the senior doctor Humphrey. Is a blessing evry thing they do there. Great, great, great!
We have used Humphrey for all of our pets over the years, we have always received excellent care and trust him completely. There is a vet working at this practise currently called Roman - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Yesterday our Dog was taken in as an emergency case, Roman failed to check her over properly, failed to treat the pain that our dog was in, He never scanned her, He then provided antibiotics for an infection that was never there, Completely neglected her, She went into shock and then he sent her home overnight and told us to bring her back in the Morning - She was never going to make the Night. We had to rush her back to the vets last night and requested Humphrey saw her - she was eventually put to sleep. Our Dog was in a life or death situation with a condition that required urgent treatment, as a result of Roman's incompetence our poor Girl was left in pain, neglected and eventually lost her life. Today we arrived to collect her, Briefly spoke with Roman to ask exactly how he failed our Dog so badly - We never got an answer or any kind of sympathy. We requested to see the clinical notes to which Roman told us he hadn't had the time to write up (this is debateable as he was certainly sitting comfortably on a chair doing absolutely nothing in an empty practise when we arrived). As mentioned previously Humphrey is a great Vet, please if you intend on using this Practise request that you see Humphrey. We would never want anyone to experience what myself and my Family have over the last couple of days because of 1 incompetent careless \Vet\.
Atmosphere there is amazing. I have never experienced so much effort and heart put in the business so far yet. Keep it up guys!
