After 10 years of reservations , my wife finally got me to attend Isabel's class for the first time at the age of 64. I found her teaching very easy to follow, her patience enormous and the whole experience very enjoyable. I am now fitter, have higher core body strength, and have better body posture awareness than at any time in my life. My golf handicap is coming down too! I would recommend her teaching unreservedly. Taught by two incredible and extremely experienced practitioners, Isabel Jones and Geoffrey Fielding, the classes and courses are friendly, supportive and taught to the highest standards.
