I would absolutely recommend jmoon home improvements to anyone. I am a former employee and enjoyed my time here. I did not work on commission and in the game this is very rare!! This is not a low or medium rated product and the customer service is second to none. Very professional, very good value, excellent product and a no pressure sale (very rare).

The pre-sales service was poor, when I phoned to place my order this grumpy person told me they were having their dinner! Price won them the work and wanting to support local business people. However my door that was fitted has leaked water as no silicone was put around the door, when they came out to have a look the helpful guy put the silicone around the door, but my solid oak floor is badly damaged from the water Ingress and Mr Moon failed to offer help offering only to pay 50% of my insurance excess. I personally could not recommend this company with that kind of approach to customer service. AVOID.

Just had windows fitted by J Moon. Very impressed with service from start to finish. From Brian who did the initial quote, which took about half an hour, with no silly high pressure tactics, just the one quote. The fitter who did a really neat job, and took his time and tidied up after himself, and was a nice friendly bloke. Would highly recommend, a refreshing change from a lot of the big double glazing firms

Probably one of my worst decisions I have made using this firm, the fitter was a rude man who spent more time on hes phone then he did working, the only advice I can give this company is to get rid of this liabillity before he costs you more work
