The most incredible place. So friendly and helpful. Fell in love with a Yamaha U3 and got to try lots of others out too as the place is just so huge! It is such a wonderful and exciting place to be. I love my piano, it has been about 7 years since I got it and it was first squeezed into my tiny home. It has since been moved out (had to rip my kitchen out but it was worth it) and into another tiny house and it continues to fill the place with music and happiness whenever I play. There is no where that completes with J. Reid Pianos, the choice and expertise is second to none. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service. J. Reid successfully moved a larger than usual upright into my flat that has a pretty narrow hallway. When I had the measurements of the piano and my hallway I didn't see this happening......and then it did happen. I'd give them 6 out of 5 if I could.
