Jackson F&S have serviced our alarm for two years. We have paid and they carry out the service well. However, we have for the first time had an issue with our alarm. We have not received call-backs in good time, the call-out has been delayed twice, and they were not courteous in letting us know so we could plan our day. There wasn't even a 'sorry' but a 'it's one of those things'. We've literally decided to go with another company rather than have them carry out the work that is a part of their service-level agreement. I guess we weren't a high enough priority for them.
Tom is not only professional in doing the security job for our property but also very friendly and warm hearted to introduce some brilliant tradesmen when he heard our cowboy builder left our job unfinished (in this case Ian Gale from Structure Solution). His team especially Lukasz is very quick and professional. They deliver more than we expected and I strongly recommend them to any body!
The service we received from Jackson Fire & Security was nothing short of excellent. The engineer was on time, polite and even called 10 minutes before arrival. The fire extinguishers were professionally installed and sound advice was given. Thoroughly recommended.
I contacted Jackson Fire and Security after reading review from other customers as I had previous negative experiences with other firms whilst trying to get CCTV for my property. I had telephoned Jackson Fire and Security the previous week, explaining my situation. I also made it clear that I was enquiring an had not made my final decision of which company to use. A really nice man named Tom telephoned me. He seemed genuinely nice and helpful. We discussed at length and I was happy that Tom was clear, informative and gave me a rough idea on pricing which he said reflected the quality of product and workmanship. I was more than happy with this as I was assured that I would not have to deal with any more incompetent companies as my previous experiences. I have had further discussions with Tom regarding CCTV as I had further questions and I had previously pre-arranged other companies to visit and make my final decision. I wanted further advice and questions, which even though he knew I was still had other appointments, he was happy to give in helping me, also happy that I was clear that I wanted to look at all avenues be for making my final choice. I felt I also wanted to comment and to praise him that it is so important that you feel that you have a good rapport between companies and customers as this makes the whole experience so much nicer. You are secure that a company want to work with you rather than get a job done. I feel that this is important to Tom as well. I hope this helps particularly others looking towards domestic CCTV and not technically minded. .
