Bought a house via them in 2019. Mark , a member of staff there disclosed this belonged to a family member, no problem there, however..... After living in the house for 2 months there water started to come into the back bedroom. We were told an old damp issue was connected to the bathroom and had been sorted. Due to the family connection, it's clear Matt, Mark at Jarlands and everyone connected to the sale KNEW there was an issue connected to the roof and chose to hide it. The sad thing is it's actually quite an easy and cheap repair to the damaged area so why they did not fix it speaks volumes. Steer clear of this unprofessional, underhanded outfit.
