Really disappointed with the service I have received during the last few visits. I persevered hoping it would get better but to no avail. If you're ordering, you MUST order before you go. They have no interest in serving the customers in the shop so you will wait a VERY long time while they fill telephone and online orders before they even get round to acknowledging that you're there. While the weather is dire and there are strict covid restrictions, I would recommend they think about the customers who have made an effort and are lined up outside in the cold and wet before they fill orders that could wait another 5 minutes. I am genuinely disappointed as the food is usually decent but I can see this place following the same pattern as Balti Masters.

Best chippy in the area. Never had a bad meal from here. Service is fantastic too. Staff very friendly. If your getting food delivered its always nice ans speedy too.

Sadly still charging for card payments even though contactless payments are advised during the Pandemic. The owners obviously don't show much consideration for either the staff or customers.
