One week before Christmas and my sister requested a stand mixer for a present! All the high street retailers had sold out but we are able to source a great model for domestic use from JD Catering, and at a very competitive price. We placed the order and the company even took time to contact us to warn that it might not arrive in time for Christmas and check that we wanted to proceed. The mixer duly arrived with two days to spare, and the company contacted us on Christmas Eve to check that it had arrived. Outstanding customer service in our experience.
