Prior to moving in to our flat we agreed on a set of conditions for our tenancy (blinds fitting throughout the property and some plumbing repairs). It has been over a month and I am still contacting them on a daily basis to chase up this matter. Their property manager hardly responds to emails/phone calls/texts. I don’t feel like a valued customer at all and if I’d have known the hassle that would come with the property being managed by JD I would have never moved in. EDIT: It has now been over 2 months and we are still waiting on essential plumbing repairs. We haven’t had a properly functioning shower or toilet since June.

I can confirm they are truly dishonest. There are plenty of others agencies who are not as obnoxious and aggressive as they are. This is the true wild west and them should be supervised what they do. When they come to your flat they intimidate you, make you pay for repairs and never go by contract. They are a plague .

Absolutely disaster! They take ages to take care of issues like a bug plague or broken doors. It is really a shame the way this agency has worked and I can't wait to leave the house. If for some reason you end up with this agency make sure Natalie is not your agent. She is probably the most unprofessional agent I've ever found.

A Fantastic group of crooks. We have been scammed by them out of our agent fees. You won’t find out what they are until you sign a contract. Worst agency We have dealt with. They are incompetent and clearly do not care about tenants rights. They try to get a fee from every single admin task and are not able to refund a deposit in time! Will strongly advise to avoid renting through this so called agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did they mention the reference check that costs 300 that they'll almost certainly forget to do? They didn't? Sorry, it's just standard, mate. This area? Duck under the police tape, dodge the piles of congealing sick and they'll tell you how it's really up-and-coming but still with that local vibe, you know? They're the worst, and I know this all too well. Because I was an estate agent for 18 months, and I'm so very sorry. Look, everyone's got a past. And it taught me a lot.

I would like to remain anonymous as I am intending to move out of the property they are managing. The signs are not good - they will disguise fees as cleaning, only contact you to harass you- will not talk to you if you want to talk to them. This is a proven practice by Natalie. My flatmates colleague is a letting agent there and it is confirmed as a typical tactics of theirs. Unprofessional does not describe it. I would like to warn everyone- AVOID , run and hide you might still make it. My relationship with them will end soon and I can’t wait to never hear of them again.
