Shocking customer service if have a problem. After buying 3 pairs of trainers, Greenock store firstly gave me wrong box with wrong trainer, only one shoe in box. When called to say about error, had to travel back to store to rectify their error, at own expense, which I had informed was not convenient. Purchased them via a handheld device, supposed to get receipt emailed, never received it. 2 pairs of the trainers were too small and when tried to return would only give gift card or exchange. As never had size needed in any of styles liked, stuck with gift card for a company I wouldn't choose to give a penny to. 14 days to return when bought week before christmas is also a rubbish policy over holiday period.
Always get what I'm looking for
Girls in the store were gr8 and checked a missed delivery for me ....thanks
A wee bit expensive especially if you have 5 grandkids who love the shop
