Being in twice in the last week, on the first occasion the 2 staff were very helpful and friendly. Was very disappointed on my second visit, yes it was busy but no excuse. The customer service skills and how the staff spoke to people was awful. The manager on shift seemed the worse for her attitude, have been told by a few friends they haven't had please t experiences with the manager.

Always buy a new pair of nike air trainers there once a yr I'm only size 4 so can were kids trainers got pair of black white with touch of red in them on side love them good to wear for work in my job got good sale on too at moment

Dont bother. Ordered 6 items for my grandson on 8th Dec - all available to order. On 21st received an email saying all 6 items are out of stock. What an absolute shambles. I will never use JD Sports again and would urge everyone else to go elsewhere This was an on line order not store Checkout their FB site for lots of similar issues Accepting orders without having the stock then waiting to just before xmas to let their customers down. Absolute zero customer service and shoddy working practices AVOID AT ALL COST

Staff have been rude and ignorant both times i've been in, the young blonde girl in particular. A smile won't hurt. Won't be returning to this store due to this. I suggest retraining in customer service skills.
