I went in JD sport on 5th of September to buy some clothes for my daughter and it has costs 54.10 including a plastic bag . I paid the amount by my card . For me the transaction has been made and the payment was pending. But casier said they didn’t received any payment and refused to give me the stuffs I bought. Then I talk to the manager and he says their case has been broken down and they will not take the money from my account. After 2 days I checked my bank account and see the payment has been finalised. I gone back again on 7th of September and ask for refund my money but the manager said he is not able to do this but they have a refund team who will contact me in 48 hours to make the refund. But until today nobody has called me .
