Don't shop here worst customer service I've ever experience, felt like it was a 10v1 and wouldn't let me return an unworn item accusing it of being stained! Worst store may have to go in a few more times from now however feel really unwelcomed now

My kids love it there they have great customer service
Oh my goodness! I Stood there for what felt like forever trying to get a sales assistants attention but they kept walking past on their walkie talkies and completely ignoring me. Several people cut in front of me and it felt so chaotic. We eventually got served but there was 0 customer service, politeness or customer care. If my kids didn't want to go I would never go In! The place is staffed by a tiny amount of kids on minimum wage with no training or support. I don't blame them at all - the management are clearly just greedy and don't care about customers at all.
