Worse customer service i have ever experienced two female staff stood taking for 10 minutes before even trying to serve me. When I finally got her attention she was so abrupt and when my card did not work in the card machine as she had not been taking any notice of what she was doing i then had to ask her was the receipts in the bag she then decided to finally communicate with me. Will never use the shop again as the experience was not what you expect seriously need to train staff on good customer service.

Grim experience today, no one on door monitoring number of people in store or monitoring face masks. I reckon about 80% of people had no masks on. Literally couldn't move around aisles it was that busy. If you're concerned about social distancing still then probably best to give it a miss for now. There are a few decent sale items on though.
Queued to pay for ten minutes at 19:30 in the evening. Lots of staff about but only one till operator. Pretty poorly organised.
Awful COVID practices. No one monitoring number of people in the shop, virtually no staff wearing masks correctly, being forced to stand practically shoulder to shoulder to others whilst paying at the till, however worst of all was seeing a member of staff, not wearing a mask but eating chips in the middle of the shop floor.
Hand sanitisers out for shopper's no queues. So all good
Nicely laid out and amazing staff to help with all your needs. Only downside would be the prices
Great service just abit slow
Never have any sizes in stock, and staff have a can't be bothered attitude. Better off ordering online
