Ordered online many times and never any issues, until december 2020 when ordering for my 2 16months old grandsons, ordered 2x trainers and 2x jogsuit, recieved 1x jogsuit and 2x trainers. Contacted customer services, was asked to print, fill and sign what they sent to my email. And was told by 1st person only 1 jogsuit was available at time of packing. But still bagged 1 and sent it qith delivery note stating quantity 2. 5 days later I recieved trainers which were nothing like pics online. So I total I am paying 90 getting nothing sorted. Just got email saying thereve sent both parcels and marked delivered so if I'm still not happy I have to seek 3rd party advice. What a disgrace JD and to think I've always highly recommended you to be the best for sports wear. I'll be returning to sports direct from now on

Grand needed more selection of running trainers most are more dress than functional on this occasion had to go elsewhere staff friendly helpful and offered good advice on where to go to get what I needed so thanks
