Very rude staff manager unhelpful doesn’t know what to do expensive to shop in

Never get back here. It's overcrowded and under-staffed. You'll wait hours for assistance and there will be one assistant for 10 people and... it will take another hour just in line at the till.

Went in for the first time yesterday, even though there were 5 staff members in there I was ignored to be honest, finally got someone to get a pair of shoes for my son, went to checkout, no service, one girl on the checkout didn't even acknowledge me, left the goods there and walked out. I wouldn't waste your time, if stores can't be bothered to have decent staff then they won't be getting my custom.

I went in to buy a pair of trainers. I first went to the Coventry store as I had a gift card, I went up to one member of staff who I asked to get my size, he waited for about a minute then said oh I'm a bit busy can you get someone else to get it for you. I wouldn't have minded if he was serving other customers, but he wasn't, he was cleaning shoe trays. We then spoke to the one of the managers, who really didn't seem that bothered either that the staff in there were unhelpful. That was saved by the guy who actually served us with the shoes. Until we went to the till....... the girl on the till who served us didn't seem interested whatsoever, she was talking to another girl next to her and got her phone out and paid no attention to the customers at all. I have worked in Retail myself and I was always told that customer service is the number one priority?? Not in this store
