This branch of JD Sports is surprisingly amazing! Based on my experience of the bromley branch and the company's business practices I was not expecting much but today was an overwhelming surprise. All staff I spoke to was great and the manager seems to care about her team. I do have to say though that the person who assisted me, Tara, was a super star! Very knowledgeable and seemed to truly want me to walk away with something that worked for me. Super helpful, I'm delighted and hope she gets the recognition she deserves from the powers that be!!

Staff were always patient & helpful . Stock is well stocked & better than some of their rivals are for larger sizes.

Large store, had a few good things but not many t-shirts. Found what I needed. Had to wait to pay while staff finished their chat even though they could clearly see I was standing at the till waiting to pay.

This particular JD sports in Catford has no changing rooms, making it completely useless as a "sports" shop where customers need to try on sports bras/tops/running stuff before buying. Completely bizarre given the store is pretty large and could have two stories with space for changing rooms! The actual store has a great choice for sneakers so that's a plus.
