He works as an independent High Street optician, rather than a large chain or franchisee. His supporting staff are highly knowledgeable and will assist with Jeremy’s customers whenever possible (Ali, particularly!). Five stars is not enough!

Very nice people! I smashed a lens in my ray bans, to make it worse it was the one with the logo on it and they were polarised! I went into several opticians and no one could help, Jeremy Solomon didn’t seem to think it was a problem they sourced a pair of genuine lenses from ray ban themselves, ordered them and fitted them for a fraction of what I paid for the glasses in the first place and they straighten out the frame and presented it to me in lovely little leather case with a lens wipe too! Excellent service 5/5 all day long

After several completely frustrating days of not being listened to by the opticians I had used for most of my adult life, I found Jeremy Solomon Opticians and explained the health issues which were having a detrimental affect on my vision. I was listened to, treated very respectfully and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. I felt appreciated as a customer, and would highly recommend this opticians. I will be going here from now onwards. My sight issues have been resolved, and I have not had one migraine since receiving my new spectacles. Jeremy even helped me with editorial content for an article I am writing for an M.E. newsletter! Thank you everyone.
