I’ve been seeing Penny now for around 4 years on and off. She has made such a difference since I switched from my previous chiropractor - listening to my issues, aches and pains, and genuinely resolving them. She’s offered great advice to me all throughout my schooling and University studies in terms of how to sit correctly at desks to help ease my symptoms, which has been especially helpful this past year! You may think it’s something you should know, but I couldn’t believe how incorrectly I was doing it haha. I can now say my posture when completing my work has improved vastly now. Completely recommend Penny to help ease any problems you may have.

I suffered from terrible pelvic girdle pain and lower & upper back pain during my second pregnancy. I had tried hydrotherapy with little to no relief, and that is when Penny was recommended to me by a friend who was also pregnant. After just two sessions I was able to walk normally again (I had previously been put on crutches by the hospital to aide walking) and was generally pain free for the rest of my pregnancy with regular sessions, which was amazing! I could do normal day to day things, which was a massive help seeing as I also have a toddler to look after. I would highly recommend Active Chiropractic for pregnancy related pain - definitely in very safe hands.
Penny has treated me for back pain pre and post pregnancy and couldn’t recommend her enough to any mummies to be! It has eased off the pain and I am much more comfortable which has been a blessing. Thanks again Penny
