Excellent range of products, friendly and helpful staff. However, if having jewellery custom-made, be very sure to leave precise, clear and direct instructions otherwise the jewellery will be made in a different way (i.e. instructions for the order of stone colours on my ring were NOT followed!), and also due to customer inexperience, we didn't know we had to ring up to check before the ring was finalised. Also (down the timeline), this ring was taken back to be altered, only to find the ring came back much lighter and looked different at the back to it was before. So next time, i should weigh the ring, take a picture of the front and back for my own records. Because, how can I not know how heavy my ring weighs? Why is it lighter? Other than these niggles, I love this jeweller, the staff are great, and I would encourage people to shop there.

Thankyou so much. Took my ring into be resized after 2 places told me it could not be done. What lovely customer service. After having a good chat they knew how much I wanted this done for my birthday the big (30) less than a week later, no problem they said, great. Less than 24 hours later I get a call to say it's done.....wow amazing. Great price also. Will definitely be recomending to everyone. Once again thankyou to the main jelwler and the awesome lady that served me didn't catch her name.
