I can only recommend traveling the distance to Dundee and dealing with that branch of John Clark. Bought a car on Thursday at Aberdeen that was apparently valeted and ready. Instantly found Marks over the inside and crumbs in the seats. Also had excessive dog hair in the boot.Clearly been superficialy cleaned by previous owner as he handed it in and not valeted by garage. Contacted Leonie to advise her of this and she said she would sort something and speak to her manager. Never called us back. Washed it on the Saturday when valeting it myself and water poured in via the windscreen onto the radio and interior. Water was also pouring into the footwells via the overspill. Rather than take it all the way back to Aberdeen it was arranged Dundee branch would deal with it. Leonie again said it would be refuelled and compensation would be sorted. Peter at Dundee was excellent. Couldn’t be more professional. Even he stated the person who washed it at Aberdeen must be blind. All seats and interior removed due to excessive water inside. Windscreen resealed. Car was returned but Leonie had not had any contact with them to advise refuelling. Car was away for 5 days and numerous messages left for Leonie to call us back were unanswered until I called and caught up with her. She had not done or spoken to anyone about our situation and would call me back in a couple of hours. Still waiting..... My advice... avoid Aberdeen branch and ask for Peter at Dundee. He is the persona of a person you want to deal with when buying a car.

Drove 40 miles to get a Cooper S hatch for an over night test drive. Arrived to be told someone needs the car in the morning so i cannot have it. Lovely.

I Was met at the door on my arrival at the Showroom. Very Pleasant Salesman approached me and asked if he could help. Because of his polite persistence with advice I purchased a Mini one. His product knowledge was excellent. Both Jason & Ross worked well to get a good deal to purchase my new mini. Thank you Both .....!

Booked a test drive for the electric Mini beginning of Sept, booking was very easy and the Mini was ready for us when we arrived early in the morning, when we returned with it Michael was very knowledgeable on the electric Mini and gave us lots of info even though it had not been out for long and the showrooms had all been closed previously due to Covid. One week later I decided to order, delivery was 3 months, I was advised of updates on the building of my Mini and all paperwork was done by email. All the paperwork was done very easily, transfer of my private reg etc. It arrived this week and last minute as usual, I asked if the roof could be wrapped to match the yellow mirrors and rear tinted windows, Michael got onto this straight away and managed to get a digitally custom paint colour to match and also got the rear windows tinted too, so when I collected today it was all done! Handover was first class, it had a bow on it all ready for collection and it looked amazing!! These little touches make all the difference. Love my car and can't wait to start using it! Thanks again Michael.

Bought mini coupe at the end of August 2020 and have driven it for one week. I had to return car as there is a leak at the passengers side that they can't seem to find. We are now nearly at the end of October and I'm still no further forward with the problem. Hi Tom I have sent you an email but haven't heard back from you. Again no further forward
