I'm very sorry to see Mr Turner retire. I've been a customer of his since moving here 5 yrs ago and I can't rate him highly enough. Thank you John and happy retirement but where can I get my pics framed now?!?! Best wishes.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I had an awful experience with John today. Trying to sort out a frame for my dad's Christmas present I phoned up a week in advance to book a slot in this busy period. John was nice enough on the phone and gave me a quote, saying it was the highest it would go because 'no-one likes nasty surprises'. They don't. When I got into the shop I went through the lengthy process of choosing my frame and when I went to pay the price was more than 40% higher. I enquired as to why and Jon said that he wouldn't stand and debate price and told me very aggressively to get out of his shop and that he didn't want my business. I was really upset and didn't think I'd be able to get another frame at such short notice. So I think we should all take his advice. Avoid getting a 'nasty shock', avoid being treated with contempt and arrogance. Avoid John L Turner.
